Part-time team members have access to the same flexibility but are asked to align their hours with key project timelines or client milestones.
For Contractors and Freelancers:
We offer autonomy to manage your own schedules while aligning with project deadlines. Contractors are expected to attend scheduled client or team meetings as needed and maintain regular status updates via shared platforms (e.g., Asana, Slack, or Teams).
For Client-Facing Roles
While most interactions are virtual, professionalism and responsiveness are key. You must maintain a professional remote workspace and be available during client-agreed hours. In-person meetings or site visits may be arranged with advance notice when required by the client or project scope.
