With over 20 years of experience in corporate learning across industries such as finance, government, and tech, Yandi is known for her ability to transform traditional training into impactful, results-driven programs. Her leadership is rooted in a passion for helping organizations build future-ready teams through innovative learning solutions and a human-centered approach.

Jonathan is a mindfulness trainer, author, and former therapist dedicated to helping clients build resilience, reduce stress, and reconnect with their inner strength. With a background in mental wellness and over a decade of experience, they blend evidence-based tools with deep presence to support individuals and groups in finding clarity, calm, and sustainable growth.

Kemba Williams is an accomplished business professional with over 15 years of experience at the Royal Bank of Canada, complemented by successful ventures in real estate investment and entrepreneurship. Leverages a unique blend of corporate expertise in HR, people management, change management, and project management with practical experience in building and scaling businesses. Founded KEAN Real Estate Group focused on educating Black and BIPOC communities about wealth building through real estate and entrepreneurship. Offers a comprehensive consulting approach that addresses business strategy, operations optimization, support systems enhancement, and HR practices development to help medium to large businesses overcome growth challenges and scale effectively.
