Yandi an L&D leader with 20+ years’ experience across tech, government, finance, and travel—Training Program Solutions was born out of frustration with one-size-fits-all training. What began as a solo consultancy has grown into a full-service learning partner, guiding organizations from strategy through design, delivery, and evaluation.
